Rachel (she/her) is a clinical intern working with individuals, families, and couples. Her central goal is to expand possibilities for gentle moments of healing for those in marginalized communities.

Rachel takes a systemic approach to therapy incorporating Internal Family Systems theory, Experiential practices, and somatic work to explore and build trust with the parts of ourselves that have unmet needs. Rachel believes our bodies hold our experiences and those of generations before us. This also means that we hold the knowledge and ability to heal from these experiences and build a deeper sense of agency and connection for ourselves as we navigate the social systems that shape our current world.

Rachel is a Black queer woman from South Minneapolis. She has a deep appreciation for the joys and support systems that are built out of authentic and loving communities. In her down time, Rachel enjoys gardening and entertaining her tiny zoo of pets.
