Hello there! My name is Lillian, and I would be deeply honored to walk alongside you through your journey of self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. Taking the step to seek therapy can require immense courage, and I am so glad you are here.
I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks. My goal is to cultivate a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental environment where your unique story is truly valued and heard. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where your personal goals guide our path forward. By incorporating humor, playfulness, and creativity into our sessions, we can navigate complex challenges with curiosity, helping you build practical tools, cultivate self-compassion, and achieve sustainable well-being.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of St. Thomas. My clinical work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, Narrative therapy, as well as systemic and relational frameworks.
Finding the right fit in a therapist is an important part of your healing journey. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions, share what you are hoping for, and see how we might work together. I would be honored to support you on this path!
