Hello! I’m glad you’re here. As a therapist, I approach clients with curiosity and strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives, and I get the honor of walking alongside them in their journey. My goal is to make my clients feel safe, validated, and empowered as we work together.

I am a queer cisgender woman and a second-generation Lao American with an educational background in Family Violence Prevention and Social Justice. I am currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

I work with adults, couples, children, and families from all backgrounds. I am deeply committed to supporting people of all identities and lived experiences. As a relational and systemic therapist, I believe our struggles do not exist in isolation but are shaped by our relationships and the broader systems we live within.

Outside of the therapeutic space, I love dancing, spending time outdoors, snuggling with my cats, listening to music, and being with loved ones. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out!
