Hello! I’m glad you’re here. As a therapist, I approach clients with curiosity and strive to create a welcoming space that feels free of judgement. Clients are the experts of their own lives and I get the honor of walking alongside them in their journeys. I strive to make my clients feel safe, validated, and empowered.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family Social Sciences with minors in Family Violence Prevention and Social Justice at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. I am currently pursuing my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at UW-Stout, practicing under the supervision of Asha Williams, LPCC.
I work with adults, couples, children and families from all backgrounds. I am deeply committed to supporting people of all identities and lived experiences, actively working to dismantle systems of oppression.
Outside of the therapeutic space, I love to spend my time dancing, snuggling with my cats, watching the sunset, and listening to music. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d be happy to support you!
