I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, connection, and the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you explore your story, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and discover new possibilities for growth and healing. My style is conversational, authentic, and at times direct, creating space for both compassion and honest reflection.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades working in creative and people-centered roles. I have spent much of my life immersed in collaborative storytelling, helping people find their voices, connect with one another, and explore the complexity of the human experience. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the power of relationships, communication, and the resilience people carry through life’s challenges.
I enjoy working with teens (15+), adults, couples, and families navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, perinatal/postpartum concerns, grief and loss, and questions of belonging and connection. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and deeply value social justice and inclusion in my work.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my partner and two young kids, exploring the arts, trying new restaurants, and being near water.
