We heal in relationship and connection. Individuals, couples, and families are all experts on their own experiences and my goal is to support folks in exploring their challenges, their roots, their strengths, and their relationships in working together towards transformation and change.

As a systemic thinker, my therapeutic approach is informed by a blend of socioculturally attuned theoretical frameworks, including attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential, and collaborative therapy methods. I value emotional connections and believe in the hard work of striving for relational harmony, justice, and equity. I aim to create both brave spaces and safe spaces—balancing freedom, creativity, and exploration with the deep human need for security, safety, and nurturance.

I will work with you to co-create a therapeutic space where we can explore your identity in depth, fostering a sense of belonging and wholeness, while encouraging you to embrace your unique identities throughout the transitions of life.

I am welcoming and open to working with people of all backgrounds, and my area of interests include identity exploration, parenting, relationship healing, LGBTQIA2S+ families and gender expansive youth.

Before joining Down to Earth Therapy, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies from St. Catherine University. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University and practicing under the supervision of Jenny Miller, LMFT.

On a personal note, family is important to me, and I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and our children. I am a curious life long learner. I love treats and sweets, traveling, taking care of my houseplants, and I am learning to love practicing yoga.
