St Paul

Welcome, my name is Abbey and I am passionate about creating an inclusive environment that recognizes each person’s unique lived experience. My aim is to help you authentically explore yourself and your story and I feel honored to help clients through life’s highest highs and lowest lows. I want to walk collaboratively along side you to help you achieve positive changes in your life, and my goal is to provide a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I work with couples, individuals, and families from all backgrounds. I am committed to being anti-racist and an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. Additionally, I am committed to a lifetime of learning about how clients intersecting identities play a role in their individual lived experiences.

I am currently completing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of St. Thomas, practicing under the supervision of Jessica Haas, LMFT. I am passionate about working with clients that are experiencing relational distress, sexual health, anxiety, and/or depression. In session, I draw from a collaborative therapeutic approach pulling from emotion-focused and narrative therapy.

Out of the office, I love to read fantasy novels and find new recipes to try. When not working I am spending time with my family and friends at the cabin.
