Life can be overwhelming and sometimes challenging to handle on our own. Often healing is needed to help us navigate the things beyond our control.

In therapy, I hope to create a sense of belonging. I believe every life has intrinsic worth and deserves a sense of belonging. Creating a place where this is felt and believed, where one is seen and heard, is a place where healing can begin.

I utilize a relational approach in therapy as I believe an authentic therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is key. I strive to provide a warm space in which clients feel safe, valued, and heard. I believe the Client is the expert of their life and I am honored to join the journey.

I serve adults (18+), Children & youth (8yrs-17yrs), families, and couples. I practice through a systemic, holistic and trauma-informed lens. Mindful self-awareness, the therapeutic relationship, and the connection between your mind and body are used as platforms for growth.

If you’re looking to start or continue a mental health journey, I’m happy to support you. **This is a safe space for anyone experiencing marginalization**
