I seek to create a safe, affirming, and healing space for all clients, especially those from marginalized identities and backgrounds. I approach my work and clients with a relational and anti-oppressive lens, considering the systemic factors influencing their concerns.

I value my clients and seek to create a practice that embraces their strengths, identities, and needs. I believe my clients are the experts of their life, and I am honored to join them in their healing, assisting them through evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. I work with couples, and adults (18+) on concerns related to: anxiety disorders, depression, complex trauma, racial trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal problems, life transitions, interracial identity and relationships, chronic illness, and chronic pain.

I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and have a particular passion for supporting BIPOC clients, Black women, and individuals identifying as Biracial/Multiracial/Mixed. I am Black and biracial.

I have nine years of experience working with clients in various clinical and counseling settings. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Global Studies, and Spanish. I am a pre-licensed clinician and completed a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (LPCC).

In my free time, I enjoy rest, nature, movement, listening to music, community events, supporting Black businesses, and spending quality time with my people.
