I provide respectful, collaborative psychotherapy for adults, older teens, families, and couples. Taking a holistic and mindful approach, I can help with an array of relational and emotional concerns including life transitions; identity issues; grief and loss; sexuality and intimacy; family conflict and parenting; pregnancy and postpartum; anxiety and depression; blocked creativity, and spiritual connection. I take a client-centered, intersectional, harm-reduction and trauma-informed stance which means I provide a space where differences are honored, power is named, and the complexities of your experiences and identities are held.
I have a particular affinity for relational work. All couples are welcome, and I also work with parent-child duos and families. Taking a gentle and direct approach, I join with people to interrupt cycles of conflict and free their relationships from the barriers that block a fulfilling, satisfying connection.
I am intuitive and compassionate, but also direct and down-to-earth. I’ve studied a number of modalities and draw on different approaches to relationship and individual health. I am committed to holding space for those with experiences of oppression and welcome BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. When not working, I’m likely chasing my kiddos or walking my dog.
