They/Them

Grand Ave Location

At its core, my therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, liberatory, and collaborative. I strive to be a steady and warm presence, a good listener, and to create a space where clients feel accepted, understood, valued, and safe. I approach the therapeutic relationship with gentle curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and a touch of humor. I care deeply about social justice and bring an anti-oppressive, feminist, and queer lens to my work. At my core, I truly believe in the human capacity to heal and it is a true honor and passion of mine to walk alongside clients as they navigate their healing journey.

I enjoy working with adults (18+) navigating identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, sexual violence, and self-worth/self-compassion. Some approaches I incorporate into my work are narrative therapy, attachment theory, dialectical behavioral therapy, feminist and queer theory, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Outside of work, I love reading, hiking, being near lakes, spending time with my partner, and watching The Office again, for the millionth time.
