Do you ever feel like you’re being pulled in so many directions when relationships or life’s challenges get tough? You’re anxious, overwhelmed, and depressed; confused about who you need to be to navigate these challenges.

As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my philosophy towards healing is for you to deepen the knowing of yourself, who you are, and your identity – in doing so you can trust your ability to navigate the world and foster authentic connections.

I value co-creating a space with you where we hold curiosity, respect, authenticity, connection, and trust. It is centered on providing a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and respected for your unique experiences and identities. When you enter the space with me, you can feel a sense of relief knowing that you can be authentically yourself without judgment. Although some discomfort is to be expected occasionally, trust that it is part of your journey in unwiring old patterns and learning new, healthier patterns toward growth. Most importantly, you leave feeling grounded and balanced in who you are, trusting your internal wisdom, and deepening the connections you have with your community.

I serve individuals (14+) and provide individual, family, and couple therapy. I draw from diverse theoretical frameworks including: Attachment Theory, Psychodynamics, Object Relations, Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems integrating mindfulness of the mind-body connection. I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and have a passion for supporting BIPOC clients, Asian Americans, and Hmong individuals.

In my personal time, I embrace creativity through watercolor painting and sewing. I also find joy in reading, continuous learning, and spending quality time outdoors with my husband and our dog, Nebula.
