WELCOME! I’m so glad you’ve arrived here in your search for support and connection; taking the leap to find a therapist you connect and feel safe with is no easy task. I strive to bring a sense of humor, authenticity, directness, and warmth in the healing space and employ a systems-based, narrative approach, emphasizing empowerment and collaborating with individuals on their healing journey.  There are SO many ways to approach therapy, but operating from a trauma-informed lens, practicing cultural humility, and acknowledging clients are the true experts of themselves — these are core parts of my practice you can expect in your time with me.

I welcome clients from all cultural backgrounds and am committed to affirming and serving as an ally to the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities; while I work to understand and learn from those of oppressed identities, I also know my journey towards owning and using my privilege to dismantle white supremacy is a continuous pursuit.

Some of my favorite areas of interest include working with clients seeking to reflect on, process and heal from family of origin dynamics and helping individuals grow in their confidence setting boundaries while asserting their needs and feelings.  My curiosity has always been driven by the significance of personal relationships and experiences within family systems and their impact on attachment, identity, and how individuals experience and perceive the world.  Other areas of experience and interest include relational challenges, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress management and psychedelic integration work.

I prioritize a non-judgmental environment for all, an elevated platform for growth and learning, and a gentle but concrete balance of validation with accountability.  I’m deeply humbled by each client relationship and would be honored to have the opportunity to join with you in such a vulnerable, unvarnished space on your journey towards growth and healing.
