I am not here to fix you. You are not broken. Sometimes, challenges in our lives cause us to doubt ourselves and our resilience, but I know you have gifts, strengths, and qualities unique to you. I will stand by your side, while you reconnect with your inherent strength and value.
I am a blend of East Coast and Midwest, authentic, creative, funny, empathetic, compassionate, and direct. I am passionate about walking alongside people on their discovery and healing journey. I believe you have the answers within yourself, and I will partner with you to create the life that you want. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, and I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that addresses wellness on every level. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, self-compassion, gratitude, and affirmations. I have thirty years of experience working with adults from culturally diverse backgrounds in therapeutic settings.

I have Master’s degrees in both Clinical Social Work and Holistic Health Studies from The University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University.
I enjoy hiking, rocky beaches, spicy food, books I can’t put down, shows that makes me laugh, rescue dogs and time with my family and friends.
