Lindsay approaches therapy with compassion and authenticity. She believes in the importance of her relationship with you and creates a space where you will feel accepted, understood, and empowered. Lindsay uses your collaborative relationship to challenge you and to grow and tackle the tough questions. She will help you use your own strengths to overcome the obstacles getting in the way of you living an authentic and full life, whether that be shame, comparison, perfectionism, unfulfilling relationships, or past pain. Lindsay will help you live the story you want to live.
Lindsay’s experience includes therapy with individuals, couples, families, and children. She has also worked in a college counseling center and day treatment center. Lindsay is skilled in working with those struggling with disordered eating, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity, and faith-related issues. Lindsay also works with athletes to help them develop mental skills and strategies to reach peak performance.
Lindsay earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Lindsay is currently working towards becoming a Board-Approval Clinical Supervisor and will soon be offering supervision to therapists in training.
On a personal note, Lindsay is married and has two dogs. She spends as much time outdoors as possible. She enjoys running, exploring, and likes to bake, but is lucky when the things she bakes are actually edible. Lindsay also enjoys playing and coaching soccer. Finally, Lindsay is in love with coffee and one of her favorite things to do is check out new coffee shops with friends.
