Libby is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about working with individuals and families to find hope in their struggles and freedom from emotional pain. Libby works from a systems approach and has a strong desire to help clients discover and engage in healthy relationships with themselves and others. When working with Libby you will learn and practice how to have a vulnerable, safe, trusting, and healthy relationship in order to then embody this in your other relationships. Libby is also passionate about working with clients to understand the interconnectedness between our bodies and our emotions and how to integrate healthy coping skills into our daily lives.

Libby has worked as an outpatient mental health therapist, a school based therapist, and has previous experience working as an in-home therapist with children with Autism. Libby works with clients of all ages in individual, couples, and family therapy. Libby is committed to being an ally to the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities and is engaging in anti-racism work both professionally and personally. Areas of special interest include: anxiety, depression, adolescents, family therapy, reunification work, discernment, couples therapy, postpartum support, pre-marital counseling and more. Libby is also a MN Board Approved Clinical Supervisor.

Outside of the office Libby can be found adventuring with her husband, their two young kids, and their dog.
