Everyone needs time to explore, experience, and heal, and I am here to walk with you on that journey.
I am a warm, dynamic, people-person studying Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of St. Thomas. I have a background in public health, youth ministry, community organizing, and inclusive sex education and sexual health that helps me to see people and their struggles holistically.
I love working with couples, families, and young people – especially teens and tweens – as we grow more fully into our authentic selves. I believe in the worth and dignity of each person. As such, I am committed to using my position as therapist and human being to further practices of anti-racism, sex positivity, affirming the LGBTQIA population, and constructing a more compassionate world.
