Everyone needs time to explore, experience, play, and heal, and I am here to support you on that journey.

I am a warm, dynamic, people-person studying Counseling at the University of St. Thomas with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. I love working with couples, families, and young people – especially teens and tweens – as I help my clients grow more fully into their authentic selves and grow in their relationships. My past work includes public health, youth programming, and inclusive sex education and sexual health, all of which helps me to approach your concerns holistically.

I believe strongly in the worth and dignity of each person. As such, I am committed to using my position as therapist and human being to further practices of anti-racism, sex positivity, affirming the LGBTQIA population, and constructing a more compassionate world.
