I am naturally a systemic thinker – I see everything as interconnected. This led me to being a Master’s-level relational therapist (marriage/couples and family therapist) Clinical Trainee. As a trans queer immigrant, I bring intersectional anti-racist values and perspectives into the therapy room. I will recognize and name how systems, histories, and relationships impact your mental and physical wellness.
I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life and experiences. I value authenticity, radical love, and simply being human while living in this world. I am here to honor and empower your journey. I hope to create a trusting and collaborative relationship with the folks I work with. I strive to provide holistic, strength-based, and trauma informed therapy. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach of EFT, IFS, and Experiential theories.
I am passionate about working with people of the global majority, immigrants, queer trans, neurodivergent, poly, and anyone who experiences marginalization. I am particularly interested in relationships that have intergenerational, interracial, intercultural, and interlanguage dynamics.
Outside of the therapy room, I am involved in my communities, around water, reading, and crocheting while being with my spouse and two cats.
