As a biracial (Black and White) clinician from St. Paul, MN, my identity deeply informs the way I show up in the therapy space. Navigating multiple cultural worlds has shaped my commitment to authenticity, cultural humility, and honoring the complexity of each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen in all of their identities and supported in exploring the parts of themselves that have been overlooked, silenced, or misunderstood.

I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) and hold a Master’s in Social Work and Holistic Health from St. Catherine University. My clinical approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, and relational therapy—modalities that recognize the wisdom of the body, the importance of internal parts, and the healing power of connection. These frameworks allow me to support clients in building nervous‑system safety, deepening self‑understanding, and strengthening relationships with themselves and others. As the oldest of four siblings, I have a natural ability to guide and attune to children, and I love supporting them through play therapy that helps them express emotions, build regulation skills, and feel safe in their own stories.

Over the past five years, I have worked in residential, day treatment, and hospital settings supporting youth, adults, and families navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. I view generational trauma as a significant thread in many mental health challenges and am committed to providing holistic, trauma‑informed care that respects the cultural, familial, and embodied stories clients carry.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy dance classes, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family and friends. My long‑term goal is to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and continue walking alongside individuals and families as they move toward healing, empowerment, and wholeness.
