Individuals, couples, relationships, and families are all experts on their own experiences. My role is to support you in exploring challenges, tracing their roots, and building on your strengths as we work toward meaningful change. I help people feel safe enough to connect and brave enough to grow as we explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.
As a relational and systemic therapist, I view struggles not only within individuals, but also within relationships and the larger systems we live in. I approach these patterns with curiosity, paying attention to how they show up within us, between us, and around us. My approach integrates attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential, collaborative practices to support deeper connection, healing, and relational repair. I value creating a space where people of diverse identities, relationships, and family structures feel welcomed and affirmed.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies from St. Catherine University. I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and our children, taking care of my plants, traveling, enjoying sweets and treats, and practicing yoga.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. Please feel free to reach out!
