Welcome! I see therapy as a collaborative and creative process where people can safely delve into their stories, uncover hidden narratives, and rewrite their relational scripts. I believe uncertainty is a catalyst for change, and recognize that comes with immense vulnerability. I am honored to walk alongside you as we move through the experience of learning and unlearning, knowing and unknowing, together.

I’m a graduate student at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, completing my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m practicing under the supervision of Jessica Haas and Saint Mary’s faculty, who are there to ensure I am providing an effective experience for you, by using evidence-based practices and upholding ethical standards. I’ve been trained as a Postpartum Doula and am particularly passionate about working with parents looking to renegotiate relationships to make room for the transformative experience of a growing family. I also offer Prepare and Enrich Assessments for those seeking premarital counseling.

I use a constructivist and systemic lens, practicing from the belief that the meaning we make of our experiences shapes our lives and relationships. Together, we will be compassionately curious as we explore which narratives are enabling our growth, and which scripts are reinforcing limiting patterns. I have a direct communication style, which is fueled by my genuine curiosity for understanding your world as you experience it. I know from personal experience your relationship with your therapist is critical to your success, so I invite you to schedule a free brief consultation with me to see if we’re a good fit.
