Sarah has a special interest in working with individuals who struggle with mental health concerns that accompany autoimmune disease, chronic illness, and other health challenges. Sarah also enjoys working with gifted and highly sensitive individuals and those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, spiritual exploration, and life transitions. She works with clients to develop their inner voice and connection with self. Sarah offers the Prepare/Enrich Assessment to couples wanting pre-marital counseling.
Sarah loves working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and is curious to understand and empower your cultural experience. Sarah is a strong ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Sarah also has experience working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Personally, Sarah is married and has a young child. She is passionate about understanding the mind-body connection and loves to integrate mindfulness into her work with clients to bring about deep healing and lasting change for the whole person.
