I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My hope for therapy is to create a safe space where collaboration and connection is the forefront of our relationship. I am captured by the stories people share and use them to help clients understand their lives in greater detail and context. Together, we will explore your values and redefine your relationship with these stories and discover what possibilities exist beyond their limiting functions.
I have experience working with children, adults, parents and groups, and hold a special interest in working with teens, adults and women navigating motherhood. I support those wanting relief from anger, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, relationship challenges, loss, trauma and life transitions.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature, watching movies and spending time with my husband, two dogs and adorable son.
