Hi, my name is Heaven. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a masters in social work. When I’m not at Down to Earth, I work in a middle and high school as a SPED school social worker. I’m passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate the challenges of growing up in a fast-paced and often overwhelming world.

With a deep belief in the power of genuine connection, I work to build strong, trusting relationships with every client—because I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard.

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I try to create a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence. I aim to walk alongside my clients as they find their voice and grow into themselves.
