Anna is a student at St. Mary’s University of MN pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Anna is passionate about working with clients on their journey towards growth and change. She believes that everyone is the expert on their own lives, and that each person is doing the best they can with what they know, so she values a collaborative perspective.
Anna brings to the therapy room a warm yet direct approach. She is a systemic thinker and takes into consideration all aspects of identity and community. Anna has experience working with adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, and is especially interested in identity exploration, relationship struggles, sexuality, trauma, and attachment. She is an advocate for social justice, and is involved in the LGBTQ+ community. Anna works with individuals, couples and families.
