Alaina is a student pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She takes on a direct yet inviting approach to therapy, and she is eager to make helpful connections with her clients. She takes a systemic approach to treatment, integrating aspects of a person’s individual, social, romantic, professional, and spiritual lives into the therapy process.
Alaina believes every person has the capability to create a healthy and fulfilling life for themselves, and she takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to work with them to get there. Alaina enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and children. She has previous work experience working with young children and teens, and she is eager to encounter clients of all ages and walks of life.
